The 5 Special Practices create the space you need to further recognize and be present to these thought identities and "patterns", so you can be free of them.
I've included the Pillars to Freedom because anyone who has practiced them on a consistent basis, find new empowering ways of experiencing their life.
And last but not least, I'm sharing all the transformational tools I've personally found invaluable in making the difference in transforming my life from one filled with fear, doubt, and worry to one in which I feel peaceful and fulfilled!
